Located in BONITA BAY, our condo is used by our two families on a regular basis and we keep it updated, clean, and in great repair. You can find cheaper condos for rent, but not nicer. BONITA BAY is a gated, master-planned community with miles of lush landscaped trails, parks, and a free shuttle to our private beach club where friendly staff set you up with chairs, umbrellas, cold drinks, hot food, and clean bathrooms.
Our unit has 3 TV's, wireless internet connection, fully stocked kitchen, King Perfect Sleeper in Master, Queen and Twin in 2nd bedroom with new high-end pillow-top mattresses.
Time Saver: About 90% of condo associations only allow rentals for 30 days or more. If you are looking to rent for less than that, WILD PINES is the only community in Bonita Bay and amongst just a handful that allow shorter term rentals. Our association dues are almost $470/month - this small neighborhood is kept spotless.
